ALBERT J. HENDERSON, Circuit-Judge:
The National Labor Relations Board (“Board”) petitions for enforcement of an order directed against United Sanitation Services, Division of Sanitas Service Corporation (“Company”) for violations of sec tions 8(a)(1) and 8(a)(3) of the National Labor Relations Act, 29 U.S.C. §§ 158(a)(1), (3) (“Act”).
After reviewing the findings of the Administrative Law Judge (“ALJ”), the Board concluded that the Company engaged in certain unfair labor practices before, during and after an employee representation election in Miami, Florida. The Board specifically found that…
