Plaintiff Andree Leopold (“Leopold”) appeals the district court’s grant of summary judgment for defendant Baccarat, Inc. (“Baccarat”). Leopold sued her employer, Baccarat, in 1994, alleging Baccarat was vicariously liable for her supervisor’s creation of a hostile work environment in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq.
