By Order of March 19, 1990, the Hon. Prudence B. Abram of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York authorized Trustee Garrity to retain the firm Arent, Fox, Kintner, Plotkin & Kahn [“Arent Fox”] as special counsel, and authorized that firm’s request for compensation. The United States of America has appealed those orders. This Court affirmed those orders on October 14, 1991.
