McLELLAN, District Judge.
The trustee in bankruptcy seeks a review of an order by the referee in bank-, ruptcy permitting the Newton Trust Company to take possession of certain property covered by a mortgage and foreclose the mortgage. The record by which I am bound consists of the referee’s original certificate and a copy of an assignment for the benefit of creditors which copy pursuant to my request the referee transmitted to this Court.
