The appeal presents for review the action of the court in sustaining demurrers and dismissing the bill for want of equity, and declining motion for rehearing.
The bill is filed by C. D. Hoglan and J. A. Keith against named officers and directors of the American Oast Iron Pipe Company, and other individuals who are not officers or directors of said corporation. The American Oast Iron Pipe Company is a corporation under the laws of Georgia, and it was operating a cast-iron pipe plant in this state at Birmingham.
