*1123Plaintiffs Gary Rodney Shoultz and Judy Ann Shoultz (collectively, "Plaintiffs") allege that Defendants Patrick Lee Derrick, Katherine Kinslow, Judith E. Lucke, and Samuel Stocks-Ladd (collectively, "Defendants") have conspired and engaged in a pattern of racketeering activity, in violation of the federal Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act ("RICO"), 18 U.S.C. § 1962(c), (d).
