Before the Court are the motions of Richard Titterington, 2 Geoffrey L. Feldman, Stacy Layne Beavers, Robert Bohn, Sherrie Doreen Cave, Michael Elliot Cole, and Alvin Moss (collectively “Defendants”) to dismiss the indictment against them pursuant to Fed.R.Crim.P. 12(b)(3)(B); Fed.
