Bettye Williams petitioned for disability insurance benefits and supplemental security income claiming she was unable to work due to hypertensive vascular disease, hydrocephalus with placement of a shunt, amblyopia, and anxiety disorder. Williams complained of fatigue, headaches, eye pain, hand cramping, foot swelling and mood problems.
