OPINION

TACKETT, Justice.

This action was commenced in the District Court of Bernalillo County, New Mexico, to quiet plaintiff’s title to a tract of land. Defendant cross-claimed for quiet title against plaintiff. The cause was tried without a jury and judgment was entered for defendant. Plaintiff appeals.
