PAINTER, Judge.

11 Percival Franklin, in proper person, brought suit against Enterprise Rent-A-Car and Bridgestone Americas Tire Operations, LLC. After she failed to timely respond to requests for admissions of fact propounded by EAN Holdings, LLC (EAN), the successor in interest to Enterprise Leasing Company of New Orleans and Enterprise Rent-A-Car, those requests were deemed admitted, and EAN filed a motion for summary judgment which was granted by the trial court.
