Plaintiff Larry Eastman was a guest passenger in an automobile involved in an accident with a train on February 1, 1961. He and his wife brought separate suits which were consolidated for trial and resulted in a verdict of no cause of action. The automobile was proceeding easterly on a blacktop county road in Isabella county. Defendant railroad company’s tracks generally run in a northerly and southerly direction and cross the highway upon which plaintiff was traveling at almost right angles.
