Maxwell, J:

This is a suit for divorce, the wife being the complainant. Her grounds of complaint are, extreme cruelty and habitual indulgence of violent and ungovernable temper towards her on the part of the husband. The original bill having been deficient in specifying the acts on which these charges were predicated, an amended bill was filed, to \vhich there was a demurrer, afterwards waived, as it was succeeded by an answer without any disposal of the demurrer, so far as shown by the record.
