The respondent1 in this attorney discipline case and the assistant disciplinary counsel entered into a stipulation, agreement, and conditional admission of misconduct. See C.R.C.P. 241.18(a). In the stipulation, which covered allegations contained in four complaints filed by the assistant disciplinary counsel, the parties recommended that the respondent be suspended from the practice of law for a period in the range of two to three years.
