This was an action to recover damages for personal injuries sustained by the plaintiff who was burned by electric shock and severely and permanently injured on July 1, 1961, when he came in contact with the defendant’s 7200-volt uninsulated trans*756mission line. The action was tried to a jury which answered special questions and returned a general verdict in favor of the defendant. The plaintiff has appealed.
