MEMORANDUM OPINION

ROBERT G. MAYER, Bankruptcy Judge.

This motion concerns a landlord’s mistaken computation of its cure payment under § 365 of the United States Bankruptcy Code and the chapter 7 trustee’s opposition to the correction of the $123,241.73 mistake. Computer Learning Centers, Inc. (“CLC”) filed a voluntary petition in bankruptcy pursuant to chapter 7 of the Bankruptcy Code in this court on January 25, 2001.
