The complainants claim in this case to he the owners in equity, in common with others, unknown, and too numerous to he made parties if known, of a parcel of land in the city of Cleveland, bounded north by the dividing line between Lake Erie and Canadá and the United States, east by Water street in said city, south by'the north line of lot 191, and west by the Cuyahoga river as it ran in the year 1796, and by a line from its mouth parallel with the east line.
