OPINION

MIRABAL, Justice.

A jury found appellant, Norman Edward Simms, guilty of possession of a controlled substance. The trial judge found two enhancement paragraphs to be true and sentenced appellant to 30-years confinement. We affirm.

The evidence shows that on January 11, 1991, Officer Bledsoe and Officer Francois, both with the Houston Police Department Northeast Tactical Response Team, were working undercover investigating drug sales.
