Head, Justice.
The statutes of this State do not define the “right of privacy,” and there is no statutory law relating to a cause of action for an unauthorized invasion of the “right of privacy.” The contention that such a right does in fact exist, under certain circumstances, was first sustained in this State in the decision of this court in Pavesich v. New England Life Ins. Co., 122 Ga. 190 (50 S. E. 68, 69 L. R. A. 101, 106 Am. St. R. 104, 2 Ann. Cas. 561), which is one of the leading cases in the United States on this subject. Cason v.
