¶ 1. On April 17, 2012, Justice David T. Prosser's Attorney, Kevin P Reak, wrote and asked me to disqualify myself from participation in the above-captioned matter, asserting that I am a material witness. Because Attorney Reak is the attorney of record for Justice Prosser in this proceeding and because his letter was copied to the Clerk of the Supreme Court and counsel for the Judicial Commission, I have interpreted Attorney Reak's April 17 letter as a motion for me to self-disqualify from participation in the above-captioned proceeding, *295pursuant to Wis.
