Affirming.
Appellant Morrison was indicted in the Logan circuit court for the crime of carnally knowing a female under the age of sixteen years, under section 1155, Kentucky Statutes, and convicted of that charge 'and his punishment fixed at ten years’ confinement in the state penitentiary. The crime is alleged to have been committed in July, 1921, and tbe trial was had in May, 1922.
