MEMORANDUM OPINION

WILHOIT, District Judge.

This civil action seeks injunctive relief to a redistricting plan implemented by the Fa- yette County Board of Education on or about March 21, 1983. The plaintiffs are parents of white students heretofore attending Morton Junior High School (hereinafter referred to as Morton Jr.) and they attacked the new plan that deals with only the realignment of two junior high school districts.
