Defendant Kenneth A. Wingle seeks suppression of evidence obtained by the police from his vehicle after a traffic stop that followed Defendant’s vehicle swerving and nearly colliding with a police vehicle that was travelling in the adjacent lane. The police officer stopped Defendant’s vehicle, believing that the swerving resulted from Defendant texting while he was driving.
