The defendant was found guilty by a jury of rape and simple assault and has appealed from the judgment. Error has been assigned in several of the court’s rulings on his objections to the admissibility of evidence, and on his motions made during and after completion of the trial, and in the court’s refusal to find certain facts set forth in the draft finding.
