TITUS, Presiding Judge.

As an “officer, agent, or employee” of a corporation licensed to sell nonintoxicating beer at retail, defendant was convicted by a jury of the misdemeanor of keeping, secreting or otherwise possessing a quantity of intoxicating liquor on or about the licensed premises and her punishment was fixed at a fine of $50. §§ 312.430 and 312.-490.1 Upon the assumption that a construction of the constitution was involved within the meaning of art.
