This court allowed a writ of error to review a judgment of the circuit court of Sangamon county confirming an award made under paragraph (h) of section 19 of the Workmen’s Compensation act. Joseph Archer, employed in the mine of plaintiff in error, was accidentally injured while engaged in his employment on September 9, 1919. He made application for an award of compensation, and on a hearing before an arbitrator April 5, 1920, he was awarded $12 per week for 26 weeks for temporary total incapacity and $4 per week for 52 weeks for partial incapacity.
