Appeal by the Special Fund for Reopened Cases, under section 25-a of the Workmen’s Compensation Law, from a decision of the Workmen’s Compensation Board, filed October 15,1971, which affirmed an award of compensation benefits to the claimant. Claimant, a mason for many years, suffered a compensable back injury in I960. An award was then made, and claimant was classified as having a permanent partial disability.
