Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court at Special Term (Miner, J.), entered August 20, 1980 in Albany County, which denied petitioner’s application, in a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78, to annul respondents’ determination declaring petitioner’s license to practice nursing home administration forfeited. Petitioner, a nursing home administrator who was licensed to practice in New York State, entered a plea of guilty to the sixth count of an indictment handed down in the State of New Jersey.
