This case involves a vehicle/pedestrian collision. Plaintiffs, Gary L. Norman and Kathryn Norman, 1 filed suit against defendants Vicki Lynn Prather and Ray Prather for personal injuries sustained by Gary L. Norman when he was struck by a vehicle driven by Vicki Lynn Prather and owned by Ray Prather.
