Appeal by the defendant from two judgments of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Duncan, J.), both rendered May 16, 1986, convicting him of criminal sale of a controlled substance in the third degree under indictment No. 8086/76, upon his plea of guilty, and manslaughter in the second degree and criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree under indictment No. 105/78, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentences.
