Petitioner is here seeking an annulment of an award of the Industrial Accident Commission. An application for an adjustment of claim having been filed, the commission found that “J. B. Smith, applicant, while employed as a carpenter on November 2, 1920, at Los Angeles, by defendant, P. M.
