William Wactor (the “Decedent”) maintained a life insurance policy (the “policy”) with Jackson National Life Insurance Company (“Jackson National”) from 1991 until 2010. The policy was cancelled in February 2010 due to a missed premium payment, and the Decedent passed away on June 12, 2010. Plaintiff Nancy Wactor (“Wactor”), the Decedent’s wife, is the personal representative of the Decedent’s estate and was the sole beneficiary under the policy.
