I am writing in response to your request for advice regarding the scope of a prosecutor's obligation to disclose exculpatory evidence under the following set of facts:

Officer A arrested a defendant for operating while under the influence of an intoxicant. At a refusal hearing, Officer A's testimony included driving evidence which led him to pursue the defendant.
