MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

NORDBERG, District Judge.

The parties in this case are before the court on an appeal of a Bankruptcy Court’s resolution of an adversary proceeding involving an oral lease between the plaintiff, Citizens Bank and Trust Co. (“Citizens Bank”) and defendant, Melrose Park National Bank (“the Bank”). The Bank urges several grounds for the reversal of the Bankruptcy Court’s opinion. This court finds that the first objection, relating to the Bankruptcy Court’s lack of subject matter jurisdiction, is dispositive of the appeal. For the following reasons, the court reverses…
