Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the County *376Court, Rockland County (Nelson, J.), rendered March 9, 2001, convicting him of criminal mischief in the second degree, attempted grand larceny in the third degree (two counts), auto stripping in the third degree, and possession of burglar’s tools, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.
