OPINION

BUCKINGHAM, Judge:

Jeannette Stewart appeals from a summary judgment entered by the Jefferson Circuit Court in favor of the University of Louisville. We affirm.

After a career in teaching and counseling, Stewart entered the graduate program in psychology at the University of Louisville at the age of forty-four. She was a recipient of a Regent’s Fellowship that provided full tuition remission and a renewable yearly stipend of approximately $11,000.
