After a jury trial, Alexis Brache appeals his convictions and 78-month sentences for conspiracy to import cocaine, in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 963; importation of cocaine, in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 952(a) and 18 U.S.C. § 2; attempt to possess with intent to distribute cocaine, in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 846; and possession with intent to distribute cocaine, in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1). After review, we affirm.
