On the 14th day of June, 1910, the plaintiff in error herein obtained a judgment in the county court of Oklahoma county against one Dave Lesser. for $198, and Lesser appealed to the Supreme Court. For the purpose of staying execution therein pending the appeal, the defendant filed in the office of the clerk of the county court the following appeal or supersedeas bond:. “Appeal Bond.
