OPINION AND ORDER
WILLIAMS, District Judge.
This is an action filed by the Plaintiffs, the infant Ariel Bankert by her Mother and Next Friend Kimberly Bankert, and Kimberly Bankert, individually, pursuant to the Federal Tort Claims Act, 28 U.S.C. § 1346(b) and §§ 2671-2680. Jurisdiction is invoked under 28 U.S.C. § 1346(b). Venue is proper in the United States District Court for the District of Maryland under 28 U.S.C. § 1402(b), as both Plaintiffs reside within the judicial district of Maryland and the acts and omissions complained of occurred within the judicial district of Maryland.…
