One C. A. Ahrens, a citizen and qualified elector of the state of Arizona, filed in the superior court of Maricopa county a complaint seeking to enjoin the Secretary of State from certifying to the clerks of the boards of supervisors of the several counties of the state any number or form of ballot title for a proposed amendment of section 2, article 9, of the Constitution of the state, and, also, to enjoin the clerks of the various boards of super visors from printing snch number or form, or causing it to be printed, on the official ballot for the general election on November 6, 1934.…
