BAKER, Judge.
We are asked today to determine the extent of an insurer’s duty of good faith to its insured. The specific question Wedzeb Enterprises, Inc. (Wedzeb) raises is whether an insurer has an obligation to its insured to inform the insured of matters material to the extent of coverage when it is apparent to the insurer that the insured is unaware of such matters.
