The Plaintiff, Albert Hoffman, Trustee (Plaintiff), filed this Complaint against the Defendants, Heritage Savings and Loan Association (Heritage) and Shirley A. Pink-ston (Pinkston) seeking to avoid a fraudulent transfer of property pursuant to 11 U.S.C. 548. Trial was held on March 25, 1985, at which time Heritage and the Plaintiff submitted a stipulation of facts and argued the merits of the case.
