THAGARD, Presiding Judge.
This is a suit filed by McGuffey’s Nursing Plome, Inc., a corporation, against Plenry F. Taylor and Provident Life and Accident Insurance Company, seeking to recover damages for breach of contract.
The plaintiff was in the process of expanding the nursing home and was seeking financial backing to accomplish this expansion.
