In this consolidated appeal, Greenpoint Mortgage Funding, Inc., et al. and World Savings Bank, et al. (described variably hereafter collectively as “appellants” or “lenders”) seek relief from the May 24, 2004, Memorandum Opinions and Orders of the Circuit Court for Washington County, which provided that the notices of Us pendens, filed by Preston S. Cecil and Curtis B.
