DUGGAN, Justice.
A jury found appellant guilty of burglary of a habitation as an habitual offender, and assessed punishment at 99 years confinement. Appellant asserts nine points of error.
The trial court found that appellant was indigent and appointed counsel to represent him on April 8, 1985, two days after appellant’s arrest. Appellant’s appointed attorney was, thereafter, retained to represent appellant’s co-defendant, who was appellant’s fiancee. Appellant appeared with his attorney on April 8, May 14, and May 28, 1985.
