Judgment unanimously affirmed. Memorandum: Defendant was convicted following a jury trial of conspiracy in the second degree (Penal *842Law § 105.15), criminal possession of a controlled substance in the first degree (Penal Law § 220.21) and criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree (Penal Law § 220. 16). Defendant failed to preserve for our review his contentions that County Court erred in admitting into evidence audiotapes and translated transcriptions of those audiotapes and that he was deprived of a fair trial by prosecutorial misconduct (see, CPL 470.05 [2]).
