Relator, Lionel Trevino, an inmate presently incarcerated at the C.T. Terrell Unit of the Texas Department of Criminal Justice in Brazoria County, Texas, has filed a petition for writ of mandamus. Relator asks this Court to compel the 28th Judicial District Court to forward a complete copy of transcripts and evidence from his conviction for involuntary manslaughter in cause number 92-CR-533-A.
