This is an appeal by the defendant, W. H. Winters, from an order of the judge of the twenty-fifth judicial district, made at chambers in Marion county on July 25, 1889, sentencing the defendant to pay a fine of $100, and to be imprisoned in the county jail of Chase county for the period of thirty days, and to pay costs, for an alleged contempt in violating an order of injunction granted by such judge at chambers in Marion county on July 1, 1890, restraining the defendant from selling intoxicating liquors at Strong City, in Chase county.…
