Cecil Kennedy and Eduardo Fruto were convicted at a joint trial of robbery by force and each sentenced to serve nine years. They each bring this appeal enumerating eight alleged errors. Held:

The facts construed most beneficially in support of the jury’s verdict would authorize the jury to find as follows. On May 9,1984, Kennedy and Fruto apparently were hitchhiking from Florida back to their home in New York City.
