Upon consideration of Defendant’s motion to dismiss and the record before this Court, it appears to the Court that:
Larry D. Marvel (“Plaintiff’) has filed a complaint against Prison Industries, a/k/a State of Delaware Department of Correction (“Defendant”), seeking monetary damages for injuries sustained while working as an inmate employee.
