OPINION

FARRAR, Justice.

Appellant, Jimmy Cleveland Burgett, appeals from his conviction of delivery of amphetamines. Tex.Health & Safety Code Ann. §§ 481.103(a)(3), 481.113 (Vernon 1992). He was sentenced by a jury to an enhanced punishment of forty-years confinement.

We affirm.

Appellant brings four points of error: 1-2) he was denied his constitutional right to a speedy trial; 3) he was unconstitutionally denied notice of potential enhancement of punishment; 4) the original indictment was never technically presented because the judge who received it had not taken the oath of office, and the…
